Our Custom Closet Design and Installation Process

Transforming your closet into a beautiful, functional space might seem like a big undertaking, but it’s actually relatively smooth and easy. It only takes four simple steps — consultation, design, preparation, and installation.

We start with a consultation because our designers want to understand your wants and needs before designing. We visit your home to measure the closet, pantry, or other room we are working on and take inventory of the items you store inside. Then we chat with you about what you love — and don’t love — about your current design. Insights from the initial consultation will guide us as we make design recommendations specific to your needs.

Our closet designers use a blend of features that maximize the usable space of your closet and create a clean aesthetic. Check out examples of past designs in our Idea Gallery. As part of the design step, we create a 3D rendering of your custom closet so you can imagine your new design in your Detroit-area home. This is your time to make changes. We are patient and understanding while updating the design to your liking. As soon as you approve the design, our team of closet installers in Detroit schedules a time to remove your existing closet structure and install the new one.
