Nicholas Ardagna

Business Developer, Designer

Growing up in the family business, it was only a matter of time before Nicholas joined Inspired Closets full-time. After earning a degree at Temple University, Nicholas worked for Enterprise Mobility where he gained a deep appreciation for customer service and the skills needed to successfully deliver it. Whether he's on-site with a client or working in the office, Nicholas puts his clients and coworkers first, building close relationships by focusing on what's most important to them. Under the tutelage of his father and brother, who have a combined 30 years of experience, Nicholas is on the fast track to becoming a master of the closet industry.

When asked, "What inspires you?" Nicholas tells us that listening to his clients opens a new perspective every day. Making new friends, bringing their imaginations to life, and solving problems are equally as rewarding to his clients as they are to Nicholas. When he's not working on closets, you can find Nicholas playing golf and video games with the boys or grilling steak with a glass of whiskey.

Marie Nagle

Designer

Marie brings years of closet sales experience, vast product knowledge, and a great track record of making the most out of difficult spaces to our Inspired Closets Boston team. With an unmatched depth of design expertise, Marie's almost 30 year career includes interior design, closet design, and apparel design, too. A resident of South Weymouth, Marie serves our clients on the south side of Boston and in the Metro West areas, working with them to create a space as unique as they are.

When asked,“What inspires you?” Marie tells us that she truly appreciates having a career that allows her to be creative while making a difference. In her spare time, Marie enjoys fitness, travel, and spending time with her husband, Charlie.

David Cooper

Designer

A Somerville native and UMass Lowell graduate, David enjoys working with clients throughout his home state designing spaces and transforming homes. His journey to becoming a designer began with years working in the warehouse and on installation jobs, which ultimately led him to a career designing at Inspired Closets. He enjoys working with each client to ensure their needs are met and his attention to detail guarantees every project comes to life just as intended.

When asked, “What inspires you?” David tells us that he believes that function, optimization, and aesthetics are the ingredients to transforming any space. When he’s not designing, David spends his time running and boxing.

Phil Polleys

Designer

With over 20 years of experience in the custom closet industry, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge to our Inspired Closets Boston team. Phil prioritizes building relationships with his clients, and enjoys getting to know builders and homeowners who come back years later to transform yet another space in their home. As a former installer and now designer, he also understands the process from start to finish and will guide you through every step.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Phil tells us that he hopes his designs eliminate the difficulty that a disorganized space can bring. Phil resides in Tewksbury with his wife and 2 children and enjoys spending his free time at the hockey rink, the ball field, or a dance recital.

Lucas Ardagna

Designer

Growing up in the Ardagna household naturally led Lucas into the world of custom closets. At a very young age, he took an interest in building and woodworking, building skateboard ramps and more. After studying robotics and engineering in high school, Lucas graduated and joined the family business as an installer. Now a designer, Lucas works with clients all over the Greater Boston and New Hampshire areas to create ideal spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Lucas says his experience as an installer has given him insight that lends itself to a seamless design process. When he isn't working closely with clients, Lucas can be found working alongside his father and owner, Nick.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Lucas says that since becoming a new dad, he has seen firsthand how vital it is to have an organized space and how functional storage takes away stress to allow more time with family. Aside from helping the family business grow, Lucas can be found spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their 2-year-old son, River.

Jen DiDio

Designer

Jen joins the Inspired Closets Boston team as a seasoned designer with over a decade of experience in crafting custom closets and storage solutions. She’s dedicated to providing her clients with solutions that also serve as expressions of personal style and identity. Jen enjoys the opportunity to be creative and the limitless possibilities that each project offers.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Jen highlights the transformative impact of organization and the harmony it brings to the chaos of daily life. Jen calls Methuen, MA, her home, where she lives with her husband, Matthew, and their two children, Caiden and Cora. Outside of her role at Inspired Closets, Jen finds joy in watching her son play sports, doing crafts with her daughter, and immersing herself in the outdoors.

During the design process, Inspired Closets helped me come up with the designs for the closet that we needed to help organize our life.

” We got a closet for our bedroom w/ a fairly difficult design (sort of like a murphy bed w/ out the fold-up). It consisted of two large wardrobes w/ drawers on either side of our bed, cabinetry connecting the two wardrobes, a “headboard” that doubles as storage, and some built in reading lights w/ USB chargers. They were incredibly responsive via phone and email, and fast and accurate with quotes. The price was ~$1k lower than quotes from other closet places we had looked into that were a little closer to Boston. They also came up w/ the most feasible and useful solution to our problem of having no where to put things like glasses and books (no room for nightstands in our room). The only con was that the installation took two visits b/c a couple of pieces were cut the wrong length. They were very fast with the fix though, and the installers were friendly and on-time. I believe this was partially due to the fact the closet design was a little out of their usual norm. All-in-all a really positive experience, and we are loving the way it has improved the layout of our room and added even more storage than expected.”

Natalie Ardagna

Office Manager

A lover of organization since a young age, Natalie enjoys working at her family’s business as the office manager, making sure our team has what it needs to keep our clients’ projects moving along. A graduate of Merrimack College and Massachusetts native, she loves the chance to meet customers from across the area as they begin their home transformation journeys.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Natalie tells us that she strives to continually improve our day-to-day operations in her role. When she's not managing the office, Natalie spends her time at the gym and hanging out with her friends.

Ed Campbell

General Manager

With over 25 years of installation experience, Ed has seen nearly every step of a home improvement project from start to finish. As General Manager, Ed can be found on-site installing, in the office ordering materials and scheduling installation dates, or in a new client's home designing and selling. He loves seeing all aspects of our process and keeping the big picture running for our team and our clients.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Ed tells us that he loves knowing our work is truly changing people’s day-to-day lives. Outside of work, you can find Ed riding his Harley or traveling to far off destinations with his wife, Joni.

Jon Sirois

Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, Jon is responsible for managing our inventory to make sure your project is ready to be installed in a careful and efficient manner. He loves working with our team to supply the best closets in the industry to our customers across Boston, and always strives to get projects out as quickly as possible.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Jon tells us that he enjoys knowing that his work makes customers’ daily lives easier. When he’s not at the warehouse, Jon enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, Shannon.

Josh Gangi

Lead Installer

A Methuen native, Josh has been part of our building and installation team for eight years. As an experienced lead installer, he is comfortable working on any Inspired Closets project, from closets to garages to home entertainment systems. He and his team will make sure your space is completed with attention to detail and as little interruption to your routine as possible.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Josh tells us that he loves being part of the team that sees the final product come to life. When he’s not building closets, you can find Josh camping and hiking in the great outdoors.

Miguel Abud

Lead Installer

A graduate of the well respected Whittier Technical High School, Miguel brings a wealth of technical knowledge to our installation team. As a full-time installer, Miguel can now be found leading a crew, installing trim, and completing beautiful projects in our customers' homes. He takes true pride in a job well done and will work hard to ensure your new space is built and installed carefully and with as little disruption as possible to you.

When asked, “What inspires you?” Miguel tells us that he enjoys building things from the ground up with his own hands. When he’s not installing, Miguel enjoys fishing, music, and being with friends.
