Our custom closet process follows a simple four-step process—consult, design, prepare, and install—that puts you at the center of our work. These four steps help us transform your closet into an organized, inspiring place you’ll love.

We begin with an initial in-home consultation. In this meeting, we’ll discuss your current closet challenges and frustrations to learn why the space isn’t working for you. We’ll also listen to your wants and needs for the new closet design in your Sarasota home and recommend Inspired Closets solutions to make them happen. After we discover what you’re looking for, we send the detailed information to our creative team who will start imagining your closet design.

During the design process, our home organization experts select space-saving solutions that address your needs and maximize your space. They’ll create a custom 3D rendering of your space with features like built-in drawers, sliding trays, custom shelves, and even a Shoe Shrine® to ensure you have space to store everything. Once the rendering is complete, you’ll have time to review it and request any changes to ensure the custom closet installation matches your needs.

After you’re happy with the rendering, we send it to our installation team who will work with you to prepare the existing space for your new custom closet. On installation day, we’ll begin adding the new closet design to your Sarasota home, ensuring everything is done quickly and accurately to bring you a transformed closet in no time.
