“I contacted a couple of different companies to get estimates to do my master closet. 3 Day Closets was the first to send out someone to consult, I could have just cancelled the other companies after Gary came out. He asked lots of questions about what I wanted in a closet system (actually listened), discussed different ways I could use/maximize the space, showed me samples of a variety of finishes, etc. I received an email the very next day with a detailed proposed closet system, including a very clear description of pricing for different finishes and options. I thought the price was extremely fair, and immediately placed my order. Jesus was the gentleman who showed up to do the installation; he was courteous,friendly and very professional. He cleaned up after he was finished, showed me how the different components could be adjusted, and asked me if I was happy with the results. Thought the whole process was great, but changed my opinion to fantastic when I received an email from Gary the day after installation making sure everything went well and that I was pleased with the system. Wow, talk about follow through and customer service! I have never left a review on Yelp, but this company definitely deserved it. I have already contacted Gary about doing my garage!”
